All purchases made through our website are final after the end of the 14-day free trial period. This means that if you choose to continue using our services after the 14-day free trial period ends, you will be charged for the subscription and no refund will be issued.

We believe that our 14-day free trial period gives you sufficient time to test our services and determine if they are right for you. If, during this free trial period, you encounter any issues or have any questions about our services, please contact our customer support team at support@smartslides.co, so we can assist you in troubleshooting the issue.

We reserve the right to grant refunds if there are any technical issues with our services that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time period.

If a refund is issued, it will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the request.
